For the love of god do NOT browse through recipes.
I am so hungry. And it’s 3:47. And I can not go out to buy anything. I need to save money and well, it’s payday on Friday. A girl’s low on funds.
So as a form of self inflicting torture, I began to browse through recipes, rationalizing that I needed more ideas for upcoming parties and things of that nature.
Mmmmmmm Buffalo Chicken Pizza.
Frogs & Ladybug! ( I fell onto the Ragu website while doing some research for one of my bosses).
Aren’t they cute? I want to have a dinner party sometime and make only foods that look happy.
Here’s the recipe:
1 jar (1 lb. 10 oz.) Ragu® Old World Style® Pasta Sauce
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
1 package (12 oz.) refrigerated flaky buttermilk biscuits (10 biscuits)
8 breaded chicken nuggets
Green and red food coloring
1 egg, slightly beaten

3. On 8 circles, evenly spread sauce mixture leaving 1/2-inch border; top each with 1 chicken nugget. Press 4 balls onto bottom edges of each circle to create “legs“. Top with remaining biscuit circles, pressing together and sealing edges tightly with fork; set aside.
4. To color frogs, add 4 drops green food coloring to 1/2 of the egg, then brush onto 1/2 of the assembled biscuits. To color ladybugs, add 4 drops red food coloring to remaining egg, then brush onto remaining biscuits.
5. Bake 10 minutes or until golden. Serve with remaining Pasta Sauce, heated. These will also be served at the dinner party. The happiest Spaghetti cupcakes!
